Are there videos of this event available for viewing?

@wfseg
You can either watch the first two days of the event live using eve TV, either a free SD stream or you can pay for HD stream (note that there isn't a rewind function).

If you don't have the time (or dangerous doses of caffeine) for watching it live the panels and presentations are ussualy posted on their youtube channel a week or two later.

Brendan it seems you've copy and pasted the CSM info straight from the CCP info packet and the article reads like a huge prep piece for the devs. Unfortunately the past 12 months have seen more CSM delegates quit over frustration with CCP than in any previous year, and the fact the company is now putting the spotlight on them after 6 years is pretty hilarious. It would be nice to see CCP actually started listening to the CSM especially when they had more resources dedicated towards a new character creation system than fixing the major issues with the game.
Anyway, enjoy the rest of FanFest.

@Bitter EVE vet Hi Bitter EVE vet. There is no such thing as a "CCP info packet", no part of this article was copy-pasted from anywhere and the article is an accurate representation of what happened yesterday at fanfest and my views on it as a long-time EVE player.

The CSM has not existed for 6 years, it's been running for 3. Regarding listening to the CSM, there is a large list of items that Team BFF has addressed for upcoming releases and all of this was due entirely to the CSM calling CCP out on their development plans -- a fact they openly admit was required. They got CCP to commit to put a full dev team on fixing small quality of life issues and another to tackle server performance and lag. If that's not listening to them, I don't know what is.

Stay tuned for more info from fanfest!

@Brendan Drain To speak in BEV defence here, for one, he ment 6 TERMS not years as the CSM is elected twice a year. Secondly I have read some of the dev blog releases that are making sure to point out "Oh, we didn't realize... see we are doing much better now and are taking every opportunity to tell you that." that have read LIKE (but not the same) your article.

Also I too noticed that popular and die hard CSM reps were gone this election that offered to represent either a balanced or or a specific view often underrepresented on the CSM. For the first time I had only one person I felt I could vote for... and I voted in all of them and did my homework each time.

While I disagree that you did cut and paste journalism, some of us are getting tired of hearing how much better thing are now again and again when there are still problems like the nerfing of the CSM scope.

@SgtBaker1234556 We'll have info from the keynote coming out soon, there's some awesome stuff in there about CCP's plans for the coming year. I believe we'll be hearing more about Incarna at the CCP Presents event tomorrow, and we have a few nice interviews that will be coming out soon too.

I dont mean to spam but eve fan fest is my holiday for games so I have to ask will Incarna Avatars have any missions out of the ship? Any info on that?

@Lateris No info on that yet, but they'll be rolling Incarna out in stages so it's possible in future releases. So far it looks like we're getting captain's quarters in the summer and then station environments will come later. I will be sure to post any more information we get, and our day 2 roundup will have some nice snippets on the captain's quarters.
