E&B was the first MMO i ever played that i can recall.
I played a short time in beta and had the FF "Founding Fathers" ship decal in live.
I was on the Orion server in a guild called The Lost Knights.
I wanted to see the story line continue but the updates stopped and i left the game. Then i came back for the free period before sundown.

Always get sadly nostalgic whenever I remember Earth & Beyond. As I've said before I played from phase 4 beta until they shut the servers down. I was one of those nutty lore freaks that camped rare spawns for upwards of 36 hours in shifts with my raiding guild, decoded and tried to figure out the in game puzzles and events with the rest of the community and yes, I was fluent in V'rix... Loved that game! I pre-ordered as well and I started the "Spaceballs" Guild :) I was the Guild leader for the longest time until I knew the game was dying, then I handed it off to someone else. Sure enough, about a year later the game was taken offline. Was a very sad moment :(
