I love how they keep skills that you use in combat small still, but this time around are allowing a multitude of possibilities from the first five skill slots being changeable depending on what item you wield or pick up!

I am excited about how dynamic the game appears to be, the combat, the "quests", the interactions with other characters, and the personal story. Everything seems to be looking like it is designed to be as dynamic and player oriented as possible. I guess thats a lot of words for saying "looks fun!"

What I'm looking forward to the most is the bar fights!
Just kidding, maybe.
I like how every class is going to be able to use a variety of weapons. How each class a certain special ability unique to the character, like the shadow stepping, the life force (interesting change from GW1), the guardian's virtues, etc. But what I love the most is how much they have and are still planning on changing up the game. The way I understand it, its going to be its own MMO instead a copy moving through the line.

@Puremallace

Uhhh, actually, it's explained by the fact that the question is what do you love about Guild Wars 2, not "post your general opinion on GW2."

I've played GW since the E3 for everyone event, in beta, and since launch. It's my favorite game of all time. Therefore, GW2 has held a special place in my heart, and I've researched it in detail. I cannot wait for the dynamic events. I think they will work very well, especially in terms of encouraging teamwork.

Still weapon skills; your class can play completely different by switching out weapons, finally what you equip in your hands has a big impact, both visually and in the gameplay.

I’ve been in such a bad online gaming rut until I ran across GW2 and started reading more about it. I’m so excited and can’t wait to play it simply because it’s destroying all the rules - all the things I’ve grown tired of. I can’t wait to be a part of a truly ALIVE world via the event system.

Guild Wars is set to break the mold in MMO space in many ways. I fully intend to make use of this game to consume my time on this earth.

The PvE part of the game will be superior. I look forward to my personal story, or just the intro movie. Love the arts, and the new age style art GUI. There is nothing usual. ...and still do not know anything about the pvp. Which will be epic, especiall the World vs. World.

Azért szeretem magát a Guild Wars sorozatot ebbe beleértve a 2. rész is mert kreatív ötletek vannak a játékban amik élvezetővé teszik azt.

I love that because it's going to break the mmorpgs proprieties. I've been playing with the first one for years and it is just going to be such an adventure to see what does happened in the last 250 years and the most i love is the really great artistic style of the game and the irreparable music of the universe of Guild Wars.

What do I love about GW2?

- Artwork style is superb, really speaks to me. (new Lion's Arch, animations, spells, environment, and etc)
- Reactive action bar that changes with weapon load-out
- More active combat, with some action hack-n-slash dodging (spell combos)
- Hall of Monuments rewards, it got me playing GW 1 again. Even bought the last 2 games after Factions.
- Enjoyed reading Ghosts of Ascalon, hope we get to find out what happened to Dougal crew after it ended.
- Keeping teleportation waypoints and adding Asura Gates.
- Dynamic events based (also their rewards are given to you via points, instead of items. So you don't need to be at the event area to receive your reward or wait till it finishes. Dynamically scaling difficulty)
- Griefer-free environment (No more people tagging 5-6 quest mobs so no one can have them. No more people not accepting an invite while killing a boss mob. Etc.)
- Customization of armor (transmuting armor pieces to another armor's stats. Dyes, and etc)
- The way the Charr run
- The feeling I get when they show parts where GW1 took place
- Being an unconventional MMORPG (Things like you don't need Tanks and Healers in your party anymore. You don't need a balanced group to do dungeons and etc. Downed state instead of dying right away. Anyone can heal and revive.)
- PvP (although I really never spent time PvPing in GW, I did enjoy it in other MMORPGs. I recently heard there were several types of PvP. One of them they said even had a server browser that you could find PvP battles and hop in. No more waiting for long queue times :D)

Probably some more things, but can't think of them off the top of my head.

Where to start? I love all the little improvements over the old games, the tiniest little details put into the graphics like grass waving in the wind. I also enjoy the fact that the game is still so lore-based. Lore in Guild Wars was always one of the more interesting things about the game, to me. I love how everything and everyone has their own backstory, that there is so much to discover and learn about the world.

That said, I love how the dynamic content is supposed to change the game differently for every player, and how every decision we make counts towards the big picture.

My favorite element of guild wars 2...is the dynamic event system...assuming it's done better than public quests from warhammer...now all the cute asura can team up with big norn and charr to vanquish a local threat :D

I'm most excited about the combat pacing and enhanced art style. Guild Wars 1 is still pretty despite being around for nearly 6 years, and it looks like Guild Wars 2 will age just as well.

What really hooked me was the dynamic event system. I think that this will make Guild Wars 2 feel more like a living world than any other game. I hope that it will feel like you are fighting armies to defend your home, not grinding mobs for exp.
