I couldnt deal with the grind. EPIC grind. I still like watching the pvp vids on youtube though. Joymax is a great example of a super greedy f2p company.

Silkroad Online was among the first MMORPGs i played and i miss it. It was VERY grindy, i remember lots of quests that had you kill 50 mobs but i didn't mind back then. I quit because of lag and being unable to log in, servers were always packed.

These days i wouldn't tolerate it for half an hour but it's nice to remember the fun i had with it.

I miss it as well. The triangular PvP system is very original and captivating :) the grind was insane at later levels, but there was always things pushing me and giving me a reason to do it.

I quit when I got to lvl70 and the game got overrun by bots. You couldn't log in normally and still can't without paying for a subscription item. The monthly cost which allows you to play normally exceeds even the standard P2P price. So yeah... Great oldschool game, horrible greedy company.

grind is insane... I use to play it when it was new....
at level 34 you had to kill 5000 of one type of monster....and that wouldn't level you.... unless it got any better... I ain't goin back
