I'm currently subscribed to Rift, EQ and Fallen Earth but even being semi-retired I only seem to have time to play Rift so if I had more time I'd play the others - or else play more Rift :)!

Eve or Darkfall!

Though for both I wish I had given them a shot at the beginning of their development cycles. There's something to be said for getting into a sandbox at the ground level.

Fallen Earth. I'm a sucker for post-apocalyptic stories.

playing EVE, which is top on my list...and i make time for it each week, coz it's worth it. less tv, more mining ops and carebear tears :)

but if the days were at least 36 hours and we didn't need more than 6 hours of sleep a day, i'd go back to legend of mir. and get some friends to play DDO. and go back to WAR to lead the guys in scenarios (yes my full on healing WP was the best meat shield in scenarios, freaked the socks of dessies). and go back to wurm online, definately. and basically at least try every single server mmo out.

Playing Rift at the moment. I wish I had the time and energy to continue on Lord of the Rings Online and EQ2.

Fallen Earth, hands down. I would stalk the shit out of that game.

Darkfall or Earthrise definately. I'd add Eve to the list too, but I just can't get behind the passive control style.

There are so many it's hard to say.

I still haven't found my "perfect" MMO. I've always wished I could find one that would keep me engaged for months, or even years, as some people seem to find. But I just can't find one that keeps my attention that long.

This week is especially bad for those of us with short attention spans, so many releases to hop between. Rift just came out and so did Mytheon - Faxion comes out today, Forsaken World just came out yesterday, Ryzom just went free to play, not to mention a bunch of cool browser MMOs that keep coming out and a lot more on the way over this next month! Wakfu, Glitch, Pockininja, lots and lots more almost here...

I guess that *is* my favorite MMO - All of them. I have a lot of fun despite jumping games non stop and not spending a lot of time in any one. Actually a lot of them are more fun in the beginning before things become a grind too.

I end up playing FaceBook games more than anything because I can get on, play, and get out quickly and still have fun and keep up with others playing. This "Power of Research" one is new and interesting, and also I play Edgebee's Swords & Potions (you manage a shop of various products).

Ryzom seems pretty cool tho even tho it's a little bit older. I somehow missed this one through the cracks of everything else coming out. I like the skill system and all there.

I guess probably the one I will dedicate more time to will be when Guild Wars 2 comes out. I know I know, so are half the gamers out here. But Guild Wars 1 had this great continuing story line that I really liked playing. It was really cool and stuck in my mind more than most other games. I'm guessing 2 is going to finally pull me into a single game a little bit more for a while since I'm addicted to story.

Rift's story isn't horrible so far either - tho these "rifts" and attacks on towns etc that everybody thinks is so cool and so new - I thought they were cool back when they were happening in Tabula Rasa :P They'd actually take over the towns and you had to fight with others to get them back. It was pretty awesome, and yet it seems most people go to Rift and think this is all something new.

I'd like to go back to City of Heroes and play some more Guild Wars, but Rift and my friends that play Rift aren't giving me a lot of spare time for that :p

If I had enough time, I would play Guild wars, Runes of Magic, Ryzom and EQ2.
I'd also try out FFX and Linkrealms.

RoM. Seems promising, and if I gave it an honest chance it could be great, but I have other games I'm more interested in.

Well I play EVE, GW (quasi-mmo) and Meridian59. But yes time is a problem, I have a lot of projects going on. One game I'd like to sub to is Anarchy Online, but it does have a skill time sink to it, even though I have a couple maxed in the classic version from past years. But hard to say which mmo's to choose from, so many dumbed down now not worth playing. But three games for now is enough.

As for those saying they don't have time for EVE, lol come on, you train skills while off-line. You play just to play, not to grind skills at all. It's gotta be one of the most casual time-friendly games on the market by far. Of course it becomes a problem if all you do is gold/isk farm for yourself, lots of people get sucked into that no matter the game, which is a time sink.
