Now this is the type of MMO that can easily be ported over to a console.

I really, really like how this game will play out. Hopefully the hype around it is worth it. Can't wait!

@(Unverified) Aww really? I guess having multiple skills can really mess up one's skill setups on their UI's.

@paterah i would say don't get your hopes too high. i know, i did and didnt get rewarded for it when i played the current version in korean. but i still read the english localization and hope that its not as lacking as the korean version was.

@(Unverified) I know, my mate played the korean OB, he found it very interesting but he said it lacked in several parts, mostly content and class balance but nothing out of the ordinary, En Masse said they are already working on adding the content that has been added in the korean version, I just hope when it comes over here it will be even better...

You should go back a few pages on Massively and read the article with Brian Knox on the Westernization of this game. It was an interesting read at the very least, and though it didn't give up too many details, it at least shows the En Masse is very conscious of the differences between Korean and Western gamers, why Korean games typically don't do well in the West, and that they have an active process of addressing a lot of those concerns.

Basically, if you've played the Korean version and not been totally satisfied, I would at least try to stay open-minded about the "Western" version.

It's really too bad about the armor and the character designs, because the mechanics are great.

@Nenene You must be female judging from that comment. It's how the Asian games work for the most part.

Healers are gonna actually have to work instead of standing around. Will be a nice change.

Fun fact: It's usually the *guys* who object to sexified content in MMOs.

@Nenene Really? I prefer the character designs having some life in them. I'm loving RIFT, don't get me wrong, but basically everyone looks exactly the same, and I've never got a single item where I thought the design was cool.

Why are people getting so uppity about armor and character designs in this game all of the sudden? It's not like it's any more blatant than what's been out on the market for much longer.

What's next? Going to get mad at game designers for putting females in pants instead of dresses?

People are just being cry babies. No one cried about other games, but for some reason want to rip into TERA more because it's Korean.
