If you've been looking forward to the big expansion patch for Zentia, you're in luck. The patch has recently gone live, giving players a chance to enjoy a plethora of content -- including the marriage system, a rather apropos addition that allows players to have both a ceremony and a reception to commemorate the happiest in-game day of their characters' lives. And if you're not quite feeling in the spirit of Valentine's Day, the newly increased level cap should still offer you plenty to work toward.
East Island, a level 70-80 zone, has also been added to the game, complete with mounts and pets to locate. There's also a new Discipline system in place to allow players to focus on new class-based combat skills, helping to distinguish characters and focus specialization. Between that and a variety of new items (including some additions to the cash shop, as could be expected), Zentia players have more ways than ever to enhance a character and plenty of new content to enjoy.

I find it a bit strange that this game isn't getting more attention from the players - I see a lot of posts here on massively about Zentia, and IMO it's a game worth reporting on.
This is definitely not your typical asian grinder - the North American team has done a very good job of not only translating the humor and quests of the game, but also seem to be extremely active in promoting events and updates and such. It's a well-crafted game with lots of things to do apart from quest/mob grinding.
I loved the game when I played it in Beta, but drifted away from it after I learned about the forced pvp everywhere (as is typical of asian games) - However, I was subsequently also very impressed when the North American team decided to make a PvE server for those who didn't want PvP. Excellent move. When I drift away from my current MMO (as I know will happen), I will definitely be giving Zentia another go.

Its definitely not your easy mode asian grinder, the all around looks of the game give wrong impression. I remember when we tried to unlock the lvl 40 cap on Hare server... and we failed almost at the top due to all equip being broken and runing out of gold to heal the wounds :D. The next try was sucessful though. It was epic. the game is worth taking a look definitely. Maybe I'll check it out again in the near future.

I stopped playing and uninstalled Zentia because I didn't want to be addicted to yet another MMO.
And I kept thinking "This is what Free Realms SHOULD have been."
I'm going to reinstall it.
I love warm fuzzy MMOs.
