Because of its idyllic countryside vistas, any DC Comics fan will immediately recognize Smallville, the adopted Earth hometown of Superman. Then there is Doomsday, a DC villain bent on destroying anything and everything simply because he can. With the combination of Doomsday in Smallville, trouble is on the way. That's why it is up to DC Universe Online's many heroes to intervene and make sure that things turn out all right, like Vale, who sent in today's One Shots. He was fighting Doomsday with his friends recently and sends this image from DC Universe Online to us: "[It's] just another day in Kansas. This is a pic from our league on Silver Age (EU), fighting Doomsday in Smallville."
We love to know what you're up to. If you haven't sent in an image for some time, snap one this weekend! Email your screenshot to us here at oneshots@massively.com along with your name, the name of the game, and a description of what we're seeing. We'll post it out here for everyone to check out and give you the credit for sending it in.

Graaaah! Where does one get a high-collar cape like that!!!! I really wanna create a wizard type character, and that would be perfect... but it's not in the beginning creation... that looks awesome!

If you hit F9 in DCUO, it takes a screenshot without UI.
As for me, I process everything through Photoshop CS3, but I'll only generally snip out UI or resize the image. This image in particular was only resized and not altered in any other way.
