Bluehole Studio has been a bit silent as of late regarding its action MMORPG, TERA. But today, European publisher Frogster treated us with not one, not two, not even three, but eight trailers from the lands of TERA. These stunning videos give us a taste of each player class: Warrior, Lancer, Slayer, Sorcerer, Archer, Priest, Mystic, and Berserker. Despite what it may look like, each teaser is shot using TERA's in-game engine and textures -- there's no outside studio work here. Never-before-seen class features are showcased, and Frogster hopes to whet your appetite with these action-packed videos.

Considering that TERA launched in Korea today, I don't think it's fair to say that Bluehole Studio has been quiet about their game. Sure, news has been scant on the western front recently, but that can be attributed to EME and Frogster.
Anywho, the KOBT was a blast. I can't wait for TERA to come out for NA.

Obviously, the people who designed this game are not a real fan of general principles of physics or gravity -- judging by the size of the weapons, those people, regardless of how strong they are, ought to tip over at some point while attempting to draw their swords or axes. What's up with that? I don't get it. It doesn't look cool, it just looks silly.

@Haldurson Right ,"cough" But having Swords and Armor pieces Drop off Wolves and Pigs is totally Reasonable and plausible right ? oh and btw , If i'm not mistaken i think it was the berserker who could be slowed by his weapon or even get hit by it "when it's swinging back towards him" if he didn't avoid it or maintain balance .

Can't say I'm impressed by any of those.

Hope this game is not another AION, all graphics, little content, horrible grind.

I'm not realy impressed with the vids,
The warrior looks more like an assasin with those dual wield swords and cloth armor.
But this game has been under my radar before this so I don't know to much about the game, might try a trial if it launches in Europe.

@zorovriend You are judging the game based on other games which is probably where you go wrong. Where does it say that Assassins or Rogues have to exclusively use dual wield or cloth/leather? Judge the game on is merits not compared with other games or the genre blueprint and you wont be confused.

@Snichy True it is not some kind of rule to make a warrior wear heavy armor and wield large 2H sword, it was something that stood out to me something original.
The trailers are not bad, but its a line up of some skills for each class, I prefer a little story in a trailer witch can be very simple but still to have a reason to use all those skills.

Very impressive. No other game is doing what this game is doing and no other game appears to be doing it in the near future.
It's about time the genre progressed some. I'm very excited for this.

It's very fun too. I think Tera videos don't really convey how fun and exciting the game is. You really control your character, there is no 'autoattack', every move your character makes is made by your actions and a little more in depth than just a sequence of flashy animations that have falsely made other games look more exciting *cough*Aion*cough*.
You can feel the weight of your character and their actions...
Also, content wise, Tera is nearly 23 gigs. The game world is huge, it doesn't feel grindy at all as you progress its very engaging and the content becomes gradually more challenging with an emphasis on group play.
I expect Tera to do extremely well in NA, because it's very fun to play, very immersive. A lot of people criticize it without playing, those people are idiots. I hope they don't play Tera, they are annoying. n___n

I really want to like this game but I can't get over the ridiculous art style. Its odd because I love most things Asian, the food, the women, the culture, the lifestyle, but that art style is just terrible.
