[UPDATE: All winners have been selected and contacted. Congratulations!]
On the third day of giveaways, Icarus gave to me... three months of gameplay!
On the second day of giveaways, Hi-Rez gave to me... two gift packages!
On the first day of giveaways, Turbine gave to me... a lifetime VIP!
Today we continue Massively's 12 Days of Giveaways! During this 12-day event, you'll find presents galore, courtesy of some of the best MMOs out there. Every day until December 24th, we'll post a new contest for you to enter. We've got a huge pile of goodies to give away, so they're going to be fast and furious -- you'll have 24 hours from the time the contest is posted to enter. Don't worry, though, because we're going to do our best to accommodate everyone -- you'll simply have to leave a comment to be entered in the random drawing, and we'll be posting each contest at a different time of day.
Today's holiday gifts are courtesy of Icarus Studios, the developer behind Fallen Earth. This post-apocalyptic sandbox game has been through some staff changes lately, but that hasn't prevented the team from planning some fun holiday events. The devs have included Massively in on the fun, so peek behind the cut to see what we have for you!
Last week we told you about Fallen Earth's Holiday Apocalypse Challenge. Icarus Studios has a pretty sweet pile of gifts under the tree, including a Wasteland-style PC complete with 24" monitor, an iPhone 4, and much more. The contest has been met with excitement from Fallen Earth fans eager to get their hands on some of these prizes.
Every day you log in to Fallen Earth counts as one entry into this great contest, so what are you waiting for, free game time or something?
Well, we can help you out with that! The Fallen Earth team has extended its generosity to Massively with a special gift for three lucky Massively readers: a free three-month subscription. Simply leave a comment here before Thursday the 16th at 11 a.m. EST and tell us what interests you most about Fallen Earth. Tomorrow we'll choose three of those comments at random to win the subscription codes.
But wait, what if you don't own Fallen Earth? We've got you covered! We've got 150 free copies of the game -- simply visit our giveaway page and claim a free product code. Follow the instructions at the bottom and you're all set!
Check out our contest rules, then tell us below what interests you most about Fallen Earth to try for three-month subscription. Good luck!

Having played FE for a bit, out of everything I love the vehicles. I've always been a car guy, and FE's post apoc vehicle designs are just awesome. I would love to see what they would do with a humvee.

Actually, I really like their mobile app that allows you to chat and craft while not in the game. Why more companies don't do this is beyond me.

I've heard the crafting is alot of fun, so I definitely want to give it a try!

What really interests me is idea of the whole game. Like a non-broken fallout.

Well, I've been listening to Shawn talk about it on Massively Speaking, and the idea of Post Apocalypse is very appealing to me. I've always been interested in that.

Three months free? Totally cool.
The ability to level through crafting and economy is pretty cool. I haven't found the combat all that compelling, but the other aspects of the game are really cool.

I like the setting of Fallen Earth, as well as the skill system. It is a sandbox in a sense.

I've always enjoyed the world and lore for this game. I also like how they've done quest text and things of that nature, with so much added humor I always wanted to read everything.

I've gotten to Sector 2, and let me tell you -- I love that this game is not on rails. I can go anywhere, skill up whatever I want whenever I have the AP, and even create my own crafting or exploration goals. I'm looking forward to checking out Sec 2 and 3 in the coming weeks and it sure would help to have a couple of months of additional gameplay.
To the Massively mob...look for me in game -- Dag Nasty and Rotten Johnny.
