As a fan of user-generated content and instancing, I think this looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for pointing it out to us, Beau.

Looks like this game does have a lot of potential. I think I will try it out this weekend. Thanks Beau.

No problem. Try out the multi-player, and don't get sucked into making your level too much. I still haven't finished mine!

I had been playing since the private beta, and while it's still a pretty neat game, I stopped playing after they rolled out the subscription / micro transaction stuff.

@Epoque For real, dude! For shame that they try to make a living. What ever were they thinking?

I stopped playing a little over a year ago (the private beta was well over two years ago), not because a developer decided to make money on a pretty cool little game ... rather, they weren't using that money to actually improve the core game. The controls still sucked, they couldn't be customized save for using wonky third party apps, and they hadn't addressed them once in over a year.

Kudos to Minor Studios for making money with this model. I wasn't criticizing that in the slightest, It was merely a point of reference for how long I had been playing and when I stopped.

This was also well before the game became browser based even. It used to be a downloadable application.

@Epoque They are working at the new desktop version at the moment. It will always have the same version as the browser version. And you CAN customize the controls. You just left the private beta of a game.

@Epoque

Dude, the private beta started in October 2008 and I was there. I also know for a fact that they had custom controls before June 2009. What do you mean they didn't do anything with the money, when only a couple months afterward they announced Project Stratosphir, the conversion of the game to Unity? -.-

Any game that uses the tune "Ungareska" is OK in my book.
