On the broader perspective, besides having new content (for free!), I really like how Guild Wars: Beyond is bringing life back into an already great game, as well as providing a healthy transition into the next chapters of Guild Wars 2. I admire how ANet is actually connecting the stories to really enhance the IP as a whole. Unlike most sequels, GW2 is complementing GW1 more than it is "replacing it", and has more of an effect of "change into a next chapter of GW1" instead of a "being a better GW1". It's really exciting to see many people pick up GW1 to get insight for GW2, and to have new content for those of us who never left and have something new for ourselves as we help others experience GW1.

I'm most looking forward to the ongoing storyline painting the picture for the events leading up to Guild Wars 2. I hope that Gwen can finally be happy and at peace amidst all the turmoil and heartache she's endured.

I am so impressed with how much in-depth story and content is being developed by ArenaNet to bridge Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 together.

By the time we step into Guild Wars 2, we will be able to look back at our own characters in Guild Wars as "ancestors" and realize their actions shaped the present in Guild Wars 2.

I can't recall another MMO succession having this kind of depth and thoroughness given in tying together the original MMO and its successor. Awesome stuff, ArenaNet! :-)

I really love the fact that the game I have spent the last 5 years playing is progressing the storyline of my absolute favorite character to the point of marriage!!

I have to say that I think it would have been awesome for the wedding to be in the UW so Gwen's mom can attend.... but... I can see why they wouldn't do that... That would be strictly making it about Gwen's abilities and not at all about Kieran. Kieran does need to get his part in the spotlight.. Because so far all he really comes off to me as is just a hopeless romantic.... Not that those are bad ^^;

I cannot wait to see what ANet does with the wedding scene. I'm glad they're attempting to mix in some non-combat scenes amid all of the fighting to get Keiran back.

Enjoying new content and costumes. It's nice to have a storyline involving characters so you get to watch them as little kids in Pre-searing Ascalon, post-searing Eye of the North, and then past that. Nice to have that continuity.

What I love most, aside from the top hats, is that both Kieran and Gwen actually get to grow up a little. The lessons they learn are good ones - that there's compromise in a relationship and that you have to be your own person first before you can become someone else's. When their courtship started, I wasn't sure about them at all, but now I can see how they are the people that are still remembered 200 years later.

Kieran's missions are well done and the rewards are quite handsome. I'm definitely doing this with more than one character. Miku is also a character I enjoy and I hope that she's what connects us to Winds of Change.

I'm rather glad we finally get another hero. I expect that that assassin will be added to the hero list. The cool skills that the Keiran disguise comes with really lend themselves to a future of a necessary interclass dependence. That is something that could really change the dynamic of the game and is something that I look forward to.

I like the new content and how they are tying up the loose ends from the War in Kryta and leading on to GW2. I also like that they are doing a few different things such as playing as Thackery and you will get to see the wedding as part of the quest line rather than happening when you might not be able to attend.

When I opened my NCsoft launcher last night to log in to GW, I saw the news, and had to get my amazing Ritualist into the fray. I don't mind playing as Keiran, not in the least, as he is one of the most admirable and determined NPCs in the game and all of its expansion. Factions is still my very favourite, but this new twist will keep me coming back for more.

I love guild wars and I am so happy they are still progressing the story after all these years. I am almost finished with WiK and I can not wait to dive in to this new content.

I was really excited, but you kind of ruined it by telling me that it's only North America for absolutely no good reason...

Oh well... I finished the quests already and can't wait for the actual wedding to take place :D
I'm also interested in Miku and her role in the Winds of Chance content coming up.
But for now, going back to listen to my GuildCast backlog :P

I'm excited to see how the new quests play out... But first I have to finish WiK. I think my mesmer would look great in any of the costumes. The female formal attire reminds me of one of Gwen's hero armors.

I think Guild Wars live Team is doing a good job, this costumes are awesome, and the events are very funny and interesting!

I'm enjoying the story perspective from the character's point of view since it matches the interesting experience the bonus pack provided. That and I'm excited that I may get another hero that will be useful for when the future more than 3 heroes per a player patch goes into use.

I like that they are giving us all this content for free. They could have easily released content packs but chose not to. They put a lot of work into it.

My friends and I recently returned to the game to work on our Halls of Monument in preparation of Guild Wars 2 and we're having a blast. Its been a great nostalgia trip so far.

I've had Guild Wars for several years now and I have to say that its just one of those games that no matter how much you play it you never get tired of it. There's always something new that you didn't know about the first go around and you decide to go back and do it again, or some new content that you learn about and decide to try out. And with the latest content Guild Wars has really gotten exciting, since it all leads up to Guild Wars 2 I can't wait to finish the War in Kryta storyline and enjoy the first ever wedding celebration in Guild Wars!

I'm most looking forward to more lore bridging GW1 & GW2.

And new content is always a good thing. Gotta commend Arenanet for continually supporting this game, even though they don't get regular income ala other MMOs (I'm sure what they make in microtransactions pales in comparison to subscription income of WoW or EVE).

Can't wait to see what items/goodies I get for doing all the quests!
