If I had paid to go this year, I would've been pissed. There was nothing of use/interest.

Judging by the Q&As on WI, people were pissed way before finding out there was nothin' goin' on. To spend *thousands* of dollars just to bitch out devs in person...

Wish I had that kind of money to piss away. -_-*

I don't think people go to Blizzcon to hear news everyone else will be hearing 5 minutes later on the internet. The value is in the presentations, parties and general atmosphere of the event.
