Yeah, I won't be supporting this one. The reason is because while there are many events for breast cancer, is there a testicular cancer awareness month? How about a 3 Day for prostate cancer? No to both. Until these get equal attention, I won't support anything for breast cancer.

Your comment is as ignorant as it is offensive. Look up the survival rates of testicular and prostate cancer versus that of breast cancer, and then go spout nonsense about under-representation. I, for one, applaud ArenaNet for their kindness and genorosity in helping to support the event and the cause by spending developer manpower and time in implementing the (amazing!) dye.

Yeah...this happened the last time when CCP did their charity relief thingy for victims of the Pakistani flood and Massivley posted here, Jake. Some dude with a chip on his shoulder the size of the Boston Harbor starts wailing how he'll never give to that charity...and how hard he's done by because the subject was merely mentioned. You'd think government forces where breaking down his door forcing him to sign check to it at gunpoint....

...what I pointed out then, as I will point out again. If you going to give, give. If you don't want to give, then don't. The rest of us really don't want hear about the why's. Ta.

Oh man. What is with the negativity on this?! What is wrong with you people?! Equality of treatment? Look, you have all the rights in the world of where you donate your hard earned money to, but if you think that you are not affected by breast cancer, then you literally have no women in your life. Period. No wife, no daughters, no mother, no sister, no women friends. No coworkers who you see all the time, no close neighbors even. My life would be profoundly changed if one of the the many women in my life was affected by breast cancer. Oh wait, it has. And all of them are now survivors and have beaten it because of the efforts of organizations such as this one. We are lucky. But just because it doesn't affect you physically does not mean it won't affect you. It affects us all.

Organziations are out there for testicular cancer as well, like http://www.testicularcancersociety.org/, another non-profit, but your hatrid against an organziation that saves thousands of lives because of an instance unrelated to it is rude, disrespectful, and completely unfounded. I'm sorry for your loss, but come back to reality. Your life was greatly affected by cancer, so you more than most should respect what organizations like these ones do and respect the funding towards treatment of ALL forms of cancer.
