Companies really need to ditch the idea of making mobile gaming platforms, I think. Nintendo and Sony have their products out there, and I just don't think consumers are -craving- for anything new or more, especially when it's so difficult to get handheld machines to even begin to compare to the average desktop (or laptop, really.)

Will be interesting to see how many units this thing sells though, when it comes out...three or four years from now?

I'm not sure why you need a mobile device for something that you sit still for hours at a time doing?

When I first saw the picture and headline, I thought "great, I could use something a bit like a netbook but streamlined for playing all MMOs". But with Linux and only browser based games its a complete waste of time - when willl these people learn if you are going to build something, do it properly not half-assed.

To anyone saying it is still early in development and may include wider features, companies will generally release their best features and highest expectations first to gain some interest, and if Linux and "BSG Online" is the best we can expect, I would recommend giving it a miss!
