Frogster's newest announcement regarding Mythos comes in the form of the very first class reveal. The Pyromancer looks to be a versatile class depending on which of the three skill trees a player chooses -- and formidable no matter what.
The Cinderblade and Flamecaster specialize in short and long range combat, respectively, while the Coalsmasher acts as a summoner class. Coalsmashers bring infernal minions from the fiery depths to do their dirty work, making for a potentially devastating style of play.
Frogster has released a video and short description of each of the three skill trees which are now available on the Mythos site.

I'm a bit confused...what is the difference between the EU and NA versions of this game...I noticed you can sign up for both betas...?

As far as I know, same game, different publishers. Pretty common, actually, even with AAA titles (WAR, LoTRO, etc..)

Pretty sure the Pyromancer was announced like, a year ago. Game looks cool though, glad it's finally going to see the light of day whether or not I actually decide to play it. Would be a shame if it was lost forever.

Wait, these were in the game back during its beta back when Flagship was running the show. Hardly any innovation here.

So I was going to comment and say something like "this information is so old the Bible mentions it," but for some reason Mythos-EU and Mythos-NA are revealing different things at different times. So if you want all the information on the game, you can just go to the NA site and be ahead of the game. Or something.

Hmm, I always seem to confuse this game with that Mytheon, actually I can't even tell which is which. Is there a simple answer to which is the better one?

So...
They're taking their time to announce things like they're new, even though most of the players who are waiting on Mythos are the ones who've already beta tested it back in Flagship's days?

I gotta admit, ever since Torchlight came out, I've totally lost interest in Mythos. Does that make me a bad person?
