Micro-transactions include (but are not limited to) character remodeling, name changes, race changes, and server transfers at one point.

I dont see a problem with this sort of thing. They clearly stated it wouldnt be a big part of the game and wouldnt be a item mall. And thats all that matters for me. If people want to pay money to change their hair from brown to bright pink, more power to 'em. It doesnt affect how you perform in game, and you arent required to buy it.

So, whats the problem?

No problem here with that kinda stuff.

Offering things that are not possible in most games or require a great deal of in game support time is a clever and welcome micro transaction system.

My only concern is when they add anything that should be a quest/raid item. But you're right, I am jumping to conclusions.

So this is the same Digital River that hosed STO by screwing over a ton of people by not providing promised pre order items on time, to include collector pre order items?

Yes, i think it is! Suweeeet, first frogster, now digital river, what more can they do to make this game any less appealing? Two strikes in my book, I wont be touching it regardless of skin content......

.....I meant content, really!!
