So, uh, take WoW's DUSKwood and make it GLOAMwood, then?

Then again, Twilightwood is a bit long. So I agree gloam's the better dusk synonym in this case.

Yes because WoW is the first and only game to ever have a gloomy forest zone with 'wood' in the name. Right.

Mirkwood was a zone around well before WoW.

Stop being a contrarian. Irrespective of what fantasy precedents may exist for a forest called BLANKwood, that's a near carbon-copy of Duskwood in aesthetics, architecture, layout and name. You're choosing to ignore that for purposes of beign a smarty-pants.

I'm not defending WoW or claiming it invented forests. I'm just tired of these timid releases doing things we've all seen dozens of times before.
