I used to play on Blazing Falls and Interhogan for the most parts, and I loved the communities I would spend time with.
For the most part I had great times chatting and playing Art Poker to make simoleons and made some amazing friends that make me really miss playing TSO.

The levels of creativity people came up with to make the game more fun was really neat to see, and I really don't see that in most games now since t he options simply aren't there.

I have always been a huge Sims fan and loved the idea of The Sims Online but when I saw what it was (or maybe more aptly what it wasn't) I couldn't justify paying for it. I did play it for a time when it was known as EA-Land but my time was all too short.

For those that really do miss it, those working on it in the end went on to make a game very similar in principle but with more custom content. It's called TirNua and is a free browser based game available at http://www.tirnua.com (I haven't tried it, but I keep meaning to).
