If you've been enjoying Warhammer Online over in Europe, it's been impossible to miss all of the information about Mythic Entertainment taking over the game's operation. Much as it did with the Dark Age of Camelot transition earlier this year, Mythic is replacing GOA as the direct operator. The team behind the game has been trying to keep the process of transition as transparent as possible, and the result has been that it appears to be clear sailing for the switched operators, according to the most recent announcement.
Although the original timeline called for the transition to run until July 7th, it appears that the change has been completed, with all existing accounts transferred over with the suffix "_EUR." (So "Facemasher" would be "Facemasher_EUR" to log in.) While the team doesn't anticipate any problems, it's continuing to improve French and German customer service bases. As such, the team is asking for players to submit English requests when possible during the transition period. Warhammer Online players should be pleased at the smoothness of the transition, but are still advised to keep their eyes open on the off chance something went strange.

Are you kidding me? Warhammer Alliance have deleted entire threads there are masses of people who are friends of mine who cannot login to their master accounts. Andy has even said sorry about this after posting its complete but that thread was deleted. There is a mess that is being covered up and they need to clean it up first.

You know also that those who do have issues and actually contact the emails are told to dial a number in the stats that costs 1 euro+ a minute.

Well if you used a pre paid card you have to send goa the name of the bank and the account holder the BIC/swift code and the IBAN of the bank account to receive the refund and send it in before the 31st of july or kiss it good bye, bit of a pain in the arse .And i think if you own any prepaid eu cards, mythic will not accept them so send them back to vender for a refund or you are screwed

There are HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of ppl that can not log into their master accounts. There is ZERO support for it. And according to latest posts - ppl will be CHARGED after the 2 week period is over (reaccuring payments if you use CC).
And here is the biggest disgrace. Mythic got ALL CC information with the transfer ! So even if ppl have not payed or played for a YEAR - and can not or wont log into your account in the next 2 weeks - they will be CHARGED cause one company sent your CC information to ANOTHER company without asking the custimor.
Personally - I have been trying for past 5 days to get my main character account working. I have sent all information to both GOA and MYTHIC - phoned Mythic and still NOTHING has happened.
Its a total disgrace and this is far from over. Mythic is trying to keep ppl quiet on their forums - but we will try to keep ppl up to date whats really going on.
