Yeah was a pretty annoying interview at best with him dancing around answers (the vehicle question and the 1st/3rd person question)

This game has the smell of doom around it. How someone could dare to throw millions of dollars at a project without having a solid legal footing is beyond me.

I love the oh so professional warning about discussing other Fallout products.

Find the weaving among the BS...

Perma-death was not talked about... the last sentence in that part said "We have a pretty good handle on how we handle player character defeat in PV13. [Notice the use of the word defeat in the last sentence.]" Yes, notice it. Would it be like LotRO where one can be defeated but one does not die? I know... semantics... but semantics is how the FAQ is written.

The part I found interesting is this... "I've been a proponent for years of a certain game design feature that is just now coming into use. We planning on that feature plus others that no one else is currently doing or have announced." Would this game design feature that is just now coming into use be anything like Guild Wars 2 dynamic events?! Or is it just a FPS style like Fallen Earth? Either way, that is the most interesting statement, imo, in the entire FAQ.

Yeah, a lot of my faith in this game has been sent packing.
Why put out a "FAQ sheet" when there are no FAQs that can be released.

So, is it safe to say that one of the questions can be rewritten like this?

From:

Will there be vehicles?

A decision regarding vehicles has been made.

To:

Has a decision on vehicles been made?

A decision regarding vehicles has been made.

It's like someone asking "Do you have time?" and then they reply "Yes I do" and carry on without giving you the time.

This wasn't posted by Interplay, it's just a collection of known information put together by a fan.

...When they mentioned perma-death were they talking about the game or Interplay's future? Because I can guarantee if the former is implemented the latter will be the end result.

Your titles wrong, it should be "Fallout Online offers up a large FAQ with no actual info."

This is just part of their legal strategy - get sued for not having a game - throw up a website after the fact to make it appear you do.
