"TQ has morphed and adjusted over the years as much as EVE Online has. It's gotten to the point [where] a couple of cabinets simply don't handle it anymore. So, this first step is to move TQ to a bigger place. We'll still be in the same datacenter and connecting to you from multiple networks to ensure the best performance, but this time with a lot more space and power and room to grow," he writes.
Yokai goes on to illustrate how the new setup will provide added physical space, power, and data capacity. Check out the full article at the official site.

I still find it pretty astounding how such a huge universe with all sorts of action going on is contained within a few cabinets. Very surreal.

And now try to imagine when we leave good old silicon behind and start using memristor or graphen technology. Those cabinets and all that huge universe they run with ship, anomalies, planets and market in box as big as your good old middtower :)
I really hope after Incarna, guys from CCP would consider second graphics update. Something with real damage textures, high-def textures and models and real particle effects. That would be nice :)

They will be updating all the ship designs, the game's textures will be updated using the same method for everything.

Good work. I would put one Navy Megathron pilot in there for security.
