Halas Reborn is free to all, including those on trial accounts. I think the deal here is the free item.

Unless it's changed recently, the normal free trial is only 14 days, so you're also getting some extra trial time.

Yeah. Like said above, Halas Reborn is free content. This isn't much of a deal, especially considering the expansion you purchase to get this "deal" isn't even the current expansion.

Yeah, Halas Reborn is just a massive update. I wonder if they meant that fileplanet is offering Sentinel's Fate? I don't know why you'd want the shadow odyessy starter pack. Leveling moves quickly enough, (in my opinion) that you'd end up needing it soon enough to make it worth buying.

Is that a screenshot of Paineel from the latest expansion, "Sentinel's Fate"? If so, why are they promoting "The Shadow Odyssey" which is the expansion prior to "Sentinel's Fate" -- and does not include -- Paineel?

You get a Key with a free FP account.
This key cannot be used to upgrade an account.
You don't get the SF expansion at all.
Just the free cloak + TSO expansion + 30 days trial.

With this offer you get instant access to every expansion up to and including The Shadow Odyssey, for 30 days. Once that 30 day period has passed, you will need to subscribe for $15 per month.

Like everyone else, I didn't understand what the offer was until I actually used it. Pretty damn sweet if you're wanting to come back, or try the game with no strings attached.
