Agreed, for the most part. The most foreground of them looks looks pretty good, though. I assume the colours are customizable.

Hey, by the way: As a new player inspired to try the game from all the things I read about it on this site(and loving it), what would I have to do to get an invite into ODA?

Hiya! We'd love to have you in the group, just send a tell to my character, Rubialina, the next time you catch me on.

Sure, and thank you. What what world do you all play on? I am currently on Orion, but have only been playing for about a week so have no qualms with starting over else where if I must.

This looks great. Hopped back over to DDO recently to give the new freemium model a try and so far so good. Only level 4 but so far I'm loving the no subscription payment model and buying adventure packs that I want. Seems to be a lot of content in game and it's nice to see it's still being updated with pretty solid content.

"Still" isn't a proper word here - since re-launch, Turbine delivers new content faster and more timely than ever. Plus, it's usually better polished or bigger overall than it used to be. Most likely they've got themselves a bigger dev team, which would be very wise with all that recent success of new DDO.

Looks to me like this is announcement is a convenient way to distract us from the unacceptable outcome of the week-long premium account downgrade snafu. No explanation, no apology, no compensation, just "Hey, look at the cool stuff coming in Update 5!"
