Dominator secondaries are also fairly unique, at least in the same way that a Blaster's secondaries are. Sure it isn't the same kind of mix of light control and melee damage, but its still a mix of ranged and melee, with a bit more control based on the set's theme.

Yeah, but most 'troller secondaries are also defender primaries (possibly corruptor secondaries, too IIRC) , so at least there's some interaction there, while blaster secondaries are truly only developped for blasters' use.

Well, the Defender Primaries, and the Secondaries for Controllers and Corruptors are all shared, though not all of them can be used by all three ATs. I've got friends that didn't know Thermal Radiation could not be picked as a Defender Primary.

But as I had originally said, DOMINATOR Secondaries are also unique. No other AT has the same mix of Melee and Ranged damage possible. Dominator's got a new Secondary a few issues back (Earth Assault) because one of the new guys went and made it.

I mostly state that and I'm trying to get that across here because there was no mention of the AT at all in the article, which could lead one who might not know to believe that the Dominator's Assault sets are an option for another AT, which they aren't.

In the end dominator secondaries are still corrupter primaries

Didn't expect to see my questions here. TBH Booster gold is a bad example. He's a sell-out. At least that's what I can tell from "batman the brave and the bold" so far. (barely getting into season 2). Villan-wise you could go with the music miester. He almost succeed in controlling the whole world. In fact he did with the exception of bats and Black Canary (which is how he was defeated. Canary however was controlled again).

Also, aren't blaster secondaries basically just watered-down controller powers?

Blaster Secondaries are a critter unto themselves. They're a mix of some control powers (though, some of those are also found in blaster primaries), some self buffs, and your melee powers.

Dom secondaries are generally a cherrypicking of Blaster primary and secondary type powers (range and melee powers, with maybe a special or two along the way)

Judging by the wikipedia link also tells me that Vulcan's "boring revelation" at least involved super powers. In the end I'm not impressed with either of them. I doubt the article says too much of his origin story though.
