Quest Online responds to David Allen lawsuit

And after all this time, still nothing new about Alganon.

When you have to choose between Derek Smart and some other guy, the only thing you know for sure is that your game is doomed.

Er... the (re)launch of the game is supposed to be this week and there have been previews on several websites of the changes to the game.

Blah Blah Blah...... Just more crap about Smart and not alot about the game. Oh sure there have been some screen shots and some write ups for the re release.

But for a game that is in need to get more then the 50 players on at once from all the servers. Smart has done more talk about him and David Allen then he has about the game. Sure wish the bugger would go bankrupt again and fade away from anything that has to do with games. Come on IRS he has to have defautled on not paying his taxes like in 2007 by now.

You would think he would be showing videos about the "new" Alganon and building up the hype for the game. But all he builds up is his ego and beats his chest more. Truly sad considering the staff that are still left at QOL are fantastic people and they have to put up with his BS.

Oh well take care all and have fun.

Choosing between David Allen and Derek Smart. That's must be what game development in Hell is like.

This isn't the first time this has happened to him, the Horizons team kicked him out also back in the day.

I like Derek, and I'm interested to see how this plays out.

Yeah, but the ensuing battle between two egotistical developers is more entertaining these days than another WoW clone.

I object to the use of the title 'Gentleman' to describe Dave Allen. Anyone who perpetuated the fraud that is Alganon definatley does not deserve the title 'Gentleman'.
