Player attention may have been focused on the DDO Offer Wall the past few days, but Turbine jumped in and made it right pretty quickly. Hopefully the focus will head back to the fun stuff pretty soon -- namely, Dungeons and Dragons Online Update 4. If you've not heard the talk about Update 4, the Sentinels Adventure Pack, and the infamous zombie-pirates...well, welcome to Massively. We're glad you stopped by.
Turbine has released another round of gorgeous screenshots from Sentinels. These give us a peek at some pretty interesting things, including Captain Tew and Ratty, a flaming airship, some unusually well-dressed Kobolds, and -- surprise surprise -- zombies and pirates. Sadly, they are not zombie-pirates, just one of each. Still, the screenshots are a great look at the Adventure Pack, so take a peek at the gallery and then head into Dungeons and Dragons Online to check it out for yourself.

Rubi,
have you played through the sentinel pack? In your opinbion, is it good? How does it compare to other packs in its level range-- namely tangleroot (which is a bit lower) and Delera's? Time wise- how long is it?

Sadly, I have not. I'm dying to get in there and try it, but since I returned from PAX, my level 8 rogue -- who would be perfect for it -- has been neglected in favor of my new character for Nights of Eberron. I should try to form up a group to check it out.
I got a great demo of it at PAX courtesy of Fernando Paiz (which was possibly one of the coolest things at PAX for me), and it looked awesome.

So far I have only done one of the new missions (sadly my solo playstyle limits my play or it gets real expensive). The content this company puts out just keeps getting better and better. I think the hardest part of DDO these days is getting past the 3 yr old starting content. Once you get to the new stuff it really starts to shine.
