Global Agenda is barely two months out of launch, and the game is continuing to grow rapidly. Hi-Rez Studios announced today that they have added a new server to accommodate that growth and open the Global Agenda to more players around the world.
The new servers are located in Singapore, and will provide access to those in the Pacific Rim who have been interested in the game. Global Agenda Vice President of Game Operations Stewart Chisam says, "We are excited to launch servers in the Pacific Rim market and to make Global Agenda truly global, as one of the first games to bring players from throughout the world together while still offering the performance expected from a fast-action, multi-player shooter."
The game is retaining the single-shard model, meaning that players can move between the three servers as needed. As a little bonus to those considering the game and its new player access, Amazon is offering Global Agenda at a 50% discount this weekend, so this is the perfect time to jump into the game.
Check out the official site for all the details on the new server.

I gave this game a try and I was not impressed. The screenshots make it look like an awesome futuristic game but the gameplay was clunky and seemed almost antiquated.

I'm totally happy with my $50 pre order of the game, so obv the collector's edition for $30 is amazing. This game rocks, if you like shooters and have a decent enough gaming computer to run it. The devs for it are great and really listen to the community, too. Can't recommend highly enough!

Like Ethereal said, please try it first.
It's not nearly as cool as it looks.

Here's the deal with Global Agenda: If you are expecting an MMO shooter akin to Planetside, you will be very disappointed. If you are expecting an online shooter like TF2, Counterstrike, etc. in which you can hop into both PvP and PvE missions, you will probably get a lot out of it. I was unfortunately hoping for an MMO when I bought it, but once I learned what to expect from it I still enjoyed it quite a bit. Do not regret my purchase.
