California already has a free2play system and its ruining it. Time for CA to go back to the tried and true roots of if you don't pay you don't play. Jeeze, replace one progressive with another? No thanks.

But aside from that, in all reality. This guy kind of pisses me off. Things are in dire straights and he is talking like its all a game. Some times you gotta get serious no matter how much of a joker you normally are. And if this guy is that serious then he is mental. Personally, I think he's an ass.

Seems like a good idea. Their last gimmick governor turned out okay, right?

Great idea on the interview Massively, but then you'll have to interview all the other candidates to ensure there is no political bias.

Probably best to leave this story back on the 1st April, otherwise Cryptic will get wind of this technique of generating publicity and put Bill Roper up for Miss World....

Actually, I don't think the equal time rule applies as long as this is a new interview and not an advert (which it would seem it is).

Seems a bit tasteless to use our political system as a vehicle for publicity, but then again, certainly not the first to make a mockery of our system. At least it was funny when Colbert did it, and at least he could say he was pretending to talk about real political issues, this guy is not funny and not even pretending he would do anything positive with the position. Somebody needs to ask him some serious questions about being governor and see how he handles it.

If movie stars can get elected in California I don't see why this can't fly.

There are enough idiots in my state's government already. We don't need another one. Tell Hong to stick to woking dogs and making crap games and stay out of my government.

This is purely about publicity I imagine, but if he goes through with it and gets elected then the voters will have got what they deserved, won't they?

Politics is a game of popularity, why do you think people are voting for actors and rich people? Nobody gives a crap about real issues, let alone video game agendas. We put people in office that we THINK will help us.

Too bad most people can't think.
