GDC10: Massively's day 2 roundup

Hey Amana, i just asked in Sera's blog what happenned to her and she replied the following:

"Oh, I’m still doing my Tattered Notebook column and Anti-Aliased! It’s just since my promotion, I’m doing mostly the twitter updates and social networking thing now. Leaving the stories to the writers while I do more interviews and directing from the back seat. Oh! And event coverage too! I’m at GDC right now. ^_^"

So basically we will see less of her writing but she's better off.

To pull back the curtain for a moment, I'll let you guys know how we're running things.

Yes, Shawn and I are running around the show floor like lunatics. But, you're actually still (kind of) seeing our work. What's happening here is that we're the only ones on the floor.

The rest of the team is still in Massively-space, getting all of the information we're grabbing and then compiling it into stories which they then post here on the site.

For example, Shawn did the R.A. Salvatore interview while Jef poured through Shawn's discussion, pulled out the good points, and formed it into a story.

So we're still here and alive and kicking! Honest! We're avoiding the alcohol being thrown at us from every direction! Also, I'm trying to write up Anti-Aliased! Just really, really, really busy. You'll probably see it tomorrow.

Well the conference began on the 9th, which would make the 10th (yesterday) day 2. Tomorrow we'll post a day 3 roundup with today's highlights, etc.

@Amana: I can't speak for the drinking bit, but Shawn and Sera are both covering the show, fear not.
