It means Dust is ramping up, and they need people familiar with the console market, with contacts at both MS & Sony to iron out the politics involved, and provide ongoing support and improvements. I think it's a solid move, CCP is finally starting to spread its wings and expand, which is good. It's also good that they've tried to keep things small and modular, ie they could've hired hundreds more years ago, but decided to grow slowly, which I think is smart.
