Throughout my play time in the game, I've been jotting down some ideas as I come across them (and incidentally prove this list true). I also reached out to the Fallen Earth team for a few ideas of their own, which was fun! So follow along after the jump for my top 5 list and the accompanying video.
5. Petting the fluffy bunnies
There are several cute and cuddly animals in Fallen Earth, but radiation and lack of a real food source can do some crazy things to even the gentlest of forest creatures. Word of warning: if it's red, it might make you dead.
4. Taking a radiation bath
All around the edges of the sector maps, there are zones of lethal radiation that prevent you from going any further. Think of it as Fallen Earth's way of keeping you within a certain area of the map, while still allowing the possibility of expansion later when the radiation fields are cleaned up.
3. Striking up a friendly conversation with an opposing faction guard
When you join a faction, you commit yourself to that group, recognizing that you've not only made a bunch of friends, but you've also just made a bunch of enemies. Know your enemies, and don't wave at them.
2. Bungee jumping in Boneclaw
As fun as it may sound to strip down to your skivvies and jump off a bridge, there's one important element missing in this equation: a Bungee cord. They stopped making those things way before society collapsed. And put some pants on.
1. Auto-running yourself off a cliff while AFK
We've all done it in this game. With the long travel times involved, if you need to grab a quick drink or go afk for a minute, you don't want to lose that time sitting idle on your horse. So you press Num Lock and hope for the best. Most of the time you come back to find your body mangled at the bottom of some cliff, or stuck on a rock as creepers are eating your horse from the bottom up.
