I play this with my 3 year old boy. He loves it, and never gets bored because the mini-games you play to top-up your mana are great fun on their own. It's awesome parent-child fun, and the added benefit is that I finally learned how to play TCGs from it. :D

As an adult I tried Wizard101 out of sheer curiosity and while it is certainly aimed at children I was astounded by how much there is to this game.

I have NEVER enjoyed a card game until this game. The combat is very intuitive, challenging and fun.

Great game!

I haven't played this since around the time it launched, but it was surprisingly good. There wasn't enough challenge to sustain my interest, and the deck-building strategies seemed pretty limited, but it seemed like a great game for kids. I'll have to take a look at it again for my young daughter, as I don't think at launch they had voiceovers.
