Wish I had a character already on that server. Slight advantage for the DLere natives.

Trust me when I say that there's no advantage for the d'Lere natives. Seccia is in a place that anyone can reach. And it comes down to being able to solve the puzzles anyway, not your level. :)

I guessed the first and second phrases were "A Treetop Wolf's Run" and a "Disc Mover" so went to Kelethin (Treetop), took the first lift (Disc Mover) up and immediately saw a white wolf (warden) named "Runnningwolf"! But, alas, I was on a trial account and could not communicate to him so assumed I was wrong and gave up. :-(

Good luck, everyone!

I gave up after noticing that "ravenloft" fits in the anagram for the first clue and not being able to do anything with the remaining letters (close to "Tier'dal" but not quite). :P

Hope you manage to give out the prizes before the servers go down.

My 15-year-old daughter won a regular copy of the game, but she was the first to find Seraphina about five minutes after the contest started and mostly got hung up when she started using Morse Code on a latter step before finally settling on binary code later.

I came home from work when she was trying to make heads or tails out of a previous step, and my only contribution was,

"Jeez, those look like the squigglies that the critters yell at you while you're combating them, before you learn their languages. Maybe in this case it's the Dark Elf language after Seraphina's character, or maybe it's Arasai or Erudite or something..." hehe.

I was too tired to log on (and I have no free character slots anyway), but I'd like to thank Seraphina for going way above and beyond the call of duty with such a creative and entertaining contest.

Hey Seraphina, I read Massively.com every day and so does my daughter, in large part thanks to you and your work here. I reviewed MMORPGs for Computer Gaming World for four years until they closed down in December 2006, so I realize you and the other staffers here must take a lot of flack at times. Always remember that for every complaint there are thousands of people that are better prepared to choose what games are for them based on the information you provide. Do what you do best, and the rest is just...fallout. :)
