Tonight, starting at 8:30 PM ET (5:30 PM PT), boot up your EverQuest II to the Lucan d'Lere server and get your browsers pointed to Massively.com. We're hosting an across-the-internet scavenger hunt, finishing out with a race across Norrath to find our roving Dark Elven reporter, Seccia Ravenloft.
Seccia has been equipped with not one, but two key codes that will unlock the Sentinel's Fate collector's edition in addition to 10 key codes that will unlock the standard retail version. All of these keys will let you access the Sentinel's Fate headstart, which begins tomorrow!

What you need:
- An active EverQuest II subscription (Editor's Note: Trial accounts do work! They may be gimped, but even a level 1 trial account character can find Seccia! Trust me, I just did it! Sign up for one today!)
- A character on the Lucan d'Lere server that's not in the island tutorial zone (any level/alliance character will be able to find Seccia.)
Starting at 8:30 PM ET (5:30 PM PT) this post and the thread over at the EverQuest II community news forum will be updated with a puzzle. Solve the puzzle to find the location of the next one. Each puzzle solved will bring you one step closer to learning Seccia's location in Norrath.
It is possible to find Seccia without solving the puzzles. However, the final puzzle will contain instructions on how to properly hail Seccia. If you don't hail her appropriately, be prepared for a wave of Dark Elven insults and not the promised expansion key. In short, the puzzles must be solved in order to win.
Some of the puzzles may not be easy for a single person to solve, so you might need a friend or two to help you out.
Keys may not be claimed "in absentia." Basically, you can't "get a key for a friend who helped you." Your friend must be present to win a key from Seccia. One key will be given per-person untl all keys are given out.
Once all keys are given away, this post and the EverQuest II forum thread will be updated to notify all participants that the event is over. The winners will then be announced as well.
What you can win:
The first two players to find Seccia and hail her appropriately (solve all of the puzzles) will win a key code that will unlock the Sentinel's Fate collector's edition on their accounts. The collector's edition awards the following bonuses:
- Guarding of the Reasoned armor piece
- Seven day head start access
- Exclusive in-game Highland Stalker mount
- 500 station cash to spend on virtual items in the EQII marketplace
- Legends of Norrath Fall of Erudin scenario
