I played NeoSteam for about four hours, and in that time I saw nothing that encouraged me to log in again, and one thing that discouraged me from doing so -- the movement system.
NeoSteam is a cheap, creaky Korean MMG that Atlus slapped their brand name on. Like many cheap Korean MMGs, they never bothered to get their client-server synchronization working well, and slid by with a "click on the ground to move" system. They later patched in a Western-style WSAD movement system, and it was horribly broken. There was always 1-2 seconds of lag between when you turned and when your character did, and you'd always rubberband when you stopped moving.
