I think this is a good point. I have a friend, who's a psychiatrist, and says they think this is the number 1 reason.

On many levels, I believe, it is quite hard to group. Many people have trouble learning to work in groups. Heck they have countless college courses, business seminars, etc... all over the world to help people learn to work well in groups.

I'd say you sum it up quite well here.

Probably the most interresting part of WoW raiding is how well people are learning to work in groups.

Some professors have even claimed that tomorrows leaders are todays WoW raid-leaders.
