Do you have mad programming, writing, or art skills? (We're going to assume you love MMOs since you're here.) If you do and are either in the Bellevue, WA area, or are willing to relocate, then you'll want to check this out. The ArenaNet team have over a dozen positions currently posted on their website, and looking for more people to help them bring Guild Wars 2 to life.
Current openings are for a host of positions: animators; QT specialists; web services and game programming; writing; and even a French community manager. So if you've ever wanted to join the ranks of the games industry and have the chops, get your resume and cover letter together and send them over to ArenaNet! Who knows -- perhaps we'll wind up interviewing you for Massively some day!

Massively, did you get this story idea from me? I made a post about new ArenaNet jobs just two days ago on http://guildwars.us ...I don't mind, as ArenaNet should get maximum exposure and the best employees, but I do find the timing of this post to be interesting.
Oh... and Yoh... last I checked, Guild Wars 2 won't be released until sometime 2011... maybe. I think that there will be other opportunities with ArenaNet in the future.

We source all our stories via the source link at the bottom of posts when they come from an outside site.
In this case I picked up on the job openings from the official ArenaNet Twitter account. They sent out a tweet yesterday (http://twitter.com/arenanet/status/8292722690) mentioning them. It was simply a case of wanting to pass the word along since I know there are some really smart, talented people reading Massively. :)
I hope that clears it up for you!

Hi... oh... that's unfortunate. I like to imagine that I'm doing some good when I post up about the job announcements. I can't easily relocate to Bellevue, Washington, so I like to cheer on other people instead.
Thanks for the reply!
I like the Guild Wars coverage at Massively. It's one of the reasons why I've been visiting this site more frequently.

Christ, Photics. What is your problem? Is Massively walking all over your little ego that you're accusing them of stealing your info? You know, other people look on the ANet page itself as well, same for the Twitter-page.
I just don't get you, just like you were whining about your blog not being in the column by Rubi (the guide to community sites and stuff). Your site isn't a community site, because there's no community, there's just you.
Seriously, dude.
