A plague on those worthless IMVU dogs and their billion-dollar Internet ad campaign. There's not a page on the entire goddamn 'net they don't have their ridiculous pastel-coloured, wank-factory virtual meat shop advertised on. ENOUGH ALREADY YOU ASSHATS!

I am Kor, military governor or Organia. For every IMVU account registered one hundred of your citizens will be executed.

I think some of the most exciting virtual environment stuff is happening in OpenSim, particularly Rezzable's work in Heritage Key and the various experiments going on in the Reaction Grid.

Podcasts related to SL come and go in waves.

Here's a directory on the SL Wiki:

But a lot have fallen by the wayside.

And a few others haven't been added yet.

This is one revision I'll be making to my personal News Reader; there are so many "VE's" to cover, and a lot of chaff to sift through along the way.

I hope you, personally, will not be covering ALL of them, Tateru! You need to sleep sometime, woman! ;)

We're a bit open on format. It's been suggested that we take some questions and try to get some of them answered during the month, among other things.

We're certainly *very* interested in your feedback about what you want to see in this column each week, because obviously the point here is about what *you* want to see, rather than what we *think* you want to see. This initial column is a sampling of sorts to whet your appetites and get you thinking. Thinking is good.

Want to see it? Got a question you want us to try to chase down the answer to? Let us know!
