Like most people, I love the server structure of EVE. It really gives you an experience you can't get anywhere else. Sure you will never know who everyone is in a largely populated area, but when you travel out into the corners of high sec, you can end up with small communities of people who all have similar interests in that area. You can see the same corps in certain area's and sometimes you can talk with other corps that operate in the same area. This social system works well because you can know a small community of people well, but still feel part of a large community as a whole.

I foresee EVE getting bigger as time goes on, the overall population will go up like it has been for years, but the same small communities will still be around. In fact, it is one of the only MMO's where I have felt significant for the development of my corp, as well as contributing to the overall community.

1 server FTW.

You CHOOSE who you want to participate with without having to "Start over" or transfer servers.

Much easier, more people, more opportunities, larger emergent gameplay.
