Not only are we here at Massively passionate about covering the news, but we also deliver on unique and original content. We're out in the trenches interviewing developers, talking about our favorite games, getting inside our games and meeting the community, and giving you our perspectives on the MMO industry. Sometimes you agree with us, sometimes you don't, but we'll keep writing as long as you guys lend us your support and keep reading.
This year was a real breakout year for our original content as we had a bunch of our features rock the traffic charts higher than our news. So, in the spirit of a banner year, it's time to run down the list and name our top five features for 2009.

I'd like to add to that a big thank you to that comment as well. I hadn't read the article on the MMO's not being rated in Australia, but thank heavens this piece pointed me in it's direction. I'm so glad to see that somebody is committed to expanding the influence of behind-closed-doors censorship groups. Because if there is anything that improves game quality in Australia, it's a group of people who play a game and decide whether or not anyone else should see that game, and who should be able to legally purchase it. And thanks to not having an R+ rating, if you don't tone your game down enough to fit their idea of "suitable" content, they'll refuse your ability to sell it to anyone at all. Maybe you can lobby for giving that power to the ESRB in the US. God knows what the world needs more of is censorship.
So thank you, Massively, for being massively progressive this year. My hat is off.
