@ kooda

Just like WoW copied EQ etc. We can play this game all day.

@ joelock

No. Before the Sunwell patch there was an epidemic of spammers and gold sellers, include naked lvl1s running to cities and spamming /y and /s. They were exploded by GMs.

Please don't assume to know what I saw or what I'm talking about.

interesting that in searches of both google and youtube the only thing i can find about gold spammers being killed in wow is the corpse stacking to spell things out, hunters MDing NPCs onto them and... shaman totems killing them.

Aparently in the internets at large you were the only person to witness this happening, would love to see any info you have to backup your claim.

WoW didn't copy anything from EQ that EQ didn't rip wholesale from the text-based MUDs first.

Indeed we can play this game all day.

All of you people are just hilarious. Who cares? WoW, Aion, WAAAH. Just enjoy watching gold spammers get blown up, it doesn't matter what game they're in, they are all annoying. Just enjoy it.

what do you mean "you people"?

but yea, everything takes influence from what came before. Always do. always will. I can't really get behind this clamoring obsession with artificial originality.

Ohh if wow did the same thing or not.. i dont care. This looks kewl :D

Yeah.. all mmos inherit ALOT from their previous successful mmos... who can blame them? Ye, some do try being more original than others but this is not the case with aion.

The only reason im playing aion is because cataclysm will not come out for awhile, and because i wanted to experience flight combat and a whole new array of classes. Ye, their sorta copies from wow, but the way they interact with each other, due to the difference in abilities, is different and THAT is a breath of fresh air. Not to mention the more starking difference... graphics, assuming your comp can handle it.

Looks like a few gold spammers are pissed about getting banned....eh Jack?

Aion broke the sacred pact with me, they did not put out a product as advertised, and the grind beyond sucked. The graphics, and "some" gameplay are outstanding (though ranged folks ruling in pvp sucks). I quit before the free month was up. Sadly to many other MMO's are coming out to give it a second chance as i wait ti try STO, Old republic, and G2 next november.

I am in no hurry. Though i do ocassionaly miss my little red eyed bird..........

Haha nice work NCSoft. Too little too late, but I'm glad to see the issue being addressed.

As for the music, that's another story. Quite possibly the most annoying piece of music I've ever heard.
