You are correct, sir! The fault was entirely mine, and I blame it on trying to post while walking. Corrections have been made.

I want to play this class, bounty hunter, and imperial agent. I have to wonder how many characters will be able to have per server.

Very interesting stuff. I think the way they're treating companions is going to make it a very intriguing game, really cutting edge in terms of delivering story. Lots of innovation here, this will definitely be a different MMO than what we've seen so far for anyone who plays it, even if it doesn't look so from a distance.

Double ended light sabers are dumb.

Because double ended swords are dumb and light sabers are used in tarted-up swordfights exactly like swords. No one in their right mind would fight with a polearm with a tiny grip in the middle, there is no way to get proper leverage for a serious hit and if used to block you can be easily overpowered and cut with your own fancy blade.

It's the Jedi equivalent of sharks with fricking laser beams on their heads.

Someone has never seen any films or demos of Samurai using Naginata and being one of the more formidable opponents on a battle field.

Yeah Naginatas were very effective pole arms, maybe because they were real and only had one bladed end with plenty of staff for leverage and reach, like most useful pole arms from around the world and unlike double swords.

I realize this is all fantasy space opera and it really don't matter but there is a reason swords evolved to look how they do, they work. Stick two of them together is like gluing two shotgun stocks together, more 'awesome' less useful for killing people unless the person you are looking to kill is yourself.

Trust him, he's a doctor.

I personally like the double ended, but don't really see a point in having one if you are primarily a ranged class.
