Once they get the game to a point of quality/fun where people STOP leaving I think they may come back around.

I think word-of-mouth works good in MMOs. There ARE older games like EVE Online which get to a point of maturity where the users can start having so much fun that they start recruiting more and more friends.

WAR lost me as a paying customer. But if they can get mass PvP really working well I can see them having a resurgence. I'm often tempted to return. I did enjoy playing I just couldn't see a light at the end of the tunnel bright enough for me to keep leveling my toon.
