1. limited resources, seasonal resources (ryzom)
2. Gear and weps that degrade with use to the point they are destroyed and must be replaced, including mounts that die or wreck. This creates an actual economy. (ryzom)
3. Chain skills like the chronicles of spellborn and what Aion copied. (spellborn)
4. No third party programs allowing any type of scripting for bots (this takes dev balls here) Is it so hard to require a non bindable mouse click to answer yes or no (as the really good secure sites do) to continue doing something? Easily implemented. This is a no brainer. (kensem or securesight ssg)
5. chooseable skill sets per situation, (GW)
6. Aion quality gaphics or higher
7. 100% deformable terrain/structures everywhere.
8. Devs that give a shit (nothing currently out there supporting this wild idea)
9. Fully customizeable avatars, clothing, armor and weps (many games do this to some degree, it needs to be expanded on using common sense and imagination)
10. Devs and suits getting off their asses and making 100% scalable content for 1 to 100 folks at a time (DDO in a limited fashion)
11. PVP with consequence, allowing for a dynamic experience everywhere (no game implements this in anyway)
12. limited storage. Guilds allowed slightly more storage (DDO)
13. No money allowed to change hands between any toons or guilds or guild members, equipment can be, but said equip can only be broken down or remade into something else if your qualified to do so. Stuff the attitude "what do i get for making anything then" (No game out there currently support this, as it would stop the majority of GS which relate to alot of subs which relates to MMO's turning a blind eye)
14. Money back guarantees if the MMO does not operate as advertised (no game or company currently supports this)
15. MMO must be free to play after initial game purchase, the purchase must not exceed what a monthly sub would cost over a reasonable amount of time. This covers companies saying they are f2p but release spendy add ons very quickly to hide this fact.
16. Live content daily. Quests must be dynamic to the point they can be failed and non repeatable. (no MMO currently covers this)
17. Content accessable to everyone in every situation. In other words, you pay for it you can play it.(No MMO currently covers this)
18. Customer support that does not follow a scripted book, has common sense and does not know how to cut and paste form letters. (no games currently have CS capable of this)
19. More microtransactions (this is a good thing, only those that cant pay seem to think this is a bad idea. Get a job. However do not make endgame or completing quests dependant on them. (several games support this model and it works.)

*************
20. The ability to mouseover a persons avatar giving home phone and home address when needed (No MMO's currently support this.)

Everything UO had era - 97-01. And yes that includes spellcasters with melee. It worked in UO why can't it work in other games other then Darkfall which I'll refrain from going into. Let me make a true unique character, not one that has a unique appearance.

I have often wished I could import Guild Wars-type Heroes into a persistent MMO such as WoW or LotRO to help with the group instances (only).

*Sigh*

One of these days, some MMO is going to get this right: a small party-based persistent MMO that allows you the option to play with your friends AND/OR NPCs when your friends are not online or not available.

Guild Wars came close, but the standard party size (8) in GW was too big, the world was not persistent, and there was no mail/AH system/economy tp speak of.
