I have to say, the screenshots are very disappointing. There seems to be something completely unnatural and disjointed in the characters. Heads are too large, arms look like they are held together by wire. Very wonky looking, not the quality I would expect from Turbine.

Agreed. I know some people seem pretty happy with DDO overall, but I honestly think the character models are horrendous. Just my personal taste.
