So, ok, I'm pretty aware it's a trap, but I'm going to walk right into it.

Can I ask why you feel it's necessary to step all over my gender? The crowd's pretty good here because even the ones who really disagree with me never exactly go to this level. Why do you feel it's necessary?

I like the art style. I'm no anime fan, but I prefer it over western low fantasy stuff, where all the guys and girls are bro magnon beefcakes wearing fur underwear.

If this game has realtime combat, like PSO, I'll be all over this. I'm tired of hotbars.

Sadly, after NCSoft screwed Australian with Aion (didn't buy it myself), I have LITTLE hope for games like these. Esp since they are based on action/combat AND come from Korea (you know the place of no latency), latency will be even more important (a.k.a. Australian servers).

Aion literally has servers on the other side of the world for Australians and the game was based around having the least possible latency.

It'd be nice if someone could create a latency system within a game that worked, e.g. player makes a heal and that player has 300ms another player literally dies in game but because the system/server is continuly checking ping it sees that the player who made the heal has 300ms. So the basically a system that gives a max 500ms or so to check to see if the player is actually dead.

So player X hits player Y and player Y losses all health, however actually dying (and other important events) takes an extra half a second to die. The system in that time checks the latency of any players around player Y and player Y themselves, within that half a second player Y cannot cast any instant abilities and any casted abilities will ONLY finish after the server has done checking. And if the player's latency is high (enough) then the casted spell will activiate AFTER the player is dead, if it is lower then the result then the casted spell (which will wait until the checking is done will not be casted (because in terms of real reaction time, they missed).
e.g.
Player Y begins to cast Magic Bolt (one second cast)
Player X instant attacks which kills Player Y (0.6s after Magic Bolt is casted)
Half a second death animation begins.
The system sees that Player Y's latency is 300ms and hence within the 0.5s death animation allows Player Y's Magic Bolt to shoot. (with 0.2s to spare)

Don't know if a system like that could work, but I'd like to at least see someone like NCSoft try it instead of giving us Aussies half second delays in a game that is centred around combo moves that we cannot pull off.

Sadly right now it's not just the Aussies with this problem, it's ANYONE.

I live almost right next to the servers and I have not been able to play due to high latency. Something is fubar for sure.

:( But yeah after all the love I've expressed for Aion this is depressing.

Ugh, for all the interest the combat, the world visuals, and the wall-running garners, I have to cry at who they chose to do the concept art for this.

There's one good reason I don't have Magna Carta right now, and Hyung-tae Kim is it.

As long as this isn't grindy and is actually as fun as it is exciting in video, this could be fantastic.

I don't mind the large breasts because 1) I like them. and 2) I'm not dumb enough to objectify actual women because of depictions like this. If you can't distinguish between fantasy and reality, that's your problem.(Though, there are women who have F cups and are thin, but they're like one per a thousand.)

And besides the 2..classes? that are really scantily clad, I like most of the character designs quite a bit.
