Well, replying to my own comment now that I've read these new skill changes I have to agree that they're rather, "meh".

That said, what could we expect? My various classes already have more skills than I know what to do with. Also, we're only just reaching Mirkwood. Mordor is still a long way off. If we were to expect boatloads of new skills for every expansion leading to Mordor by the time we arrived at Gondor we'd be gods, gods with 42 action bars.

Lotro just isn't that sort of game. Have a little perspective.
