My shooter of choice is generally Halo 3 if I'm playing with friends or - though not entirely a shooter, strictly speaking - Team Fortress 2.

As far as MMOFPSes are concerned, I am absolutely itching to play Global Agenda. I also had a bit of experience with Huxley in the closed beta not too long ago, and it's actually rather decent, minus the fact that they decided to go the way of P2P instead of dedicated servers, resulting in some pretty intense lag oftentimes. But really, Global Agenda, and ahmigod I would give some kind of entirely unnecessary organ or appendage for Planetside 2. I loved that game when it first launched, and I would love an updated version.
