I don't see how these are actually problems with the game. They haven't covered much about progression with the game world yet, and they specifically stated several times now that player input, not just how players play, will shape the future of the game. Add to that, the best stories in any game are always ones you share with your friends.

As for the criminal organizations, that doesn't mean they're not dangerous. A criminal willing to use a gun is a criminal that you should be wary of. This sounds more like you're being nitpicky, as opposed to any tangible evidence of the game being poor. I wonder why you chose to type this?

The death music thing is cool. You should have known that copyright laws (and rules of decency) would not allow clips of real songs to play when people die. That feature can be added through the use of admin plugins in a certain game, but it's made through the fans and in no way official. This music creating system is pretty cool, it's definitely something new and I for one will probably have fun with it as I enjoy creating music. Also, you'll probably be able to buy tunes from other players, or find templates in the official forums.

So yes, if I were you I'd continue to keep an open mind. This game does look very innovative in terms of design and player individuality, so it's something to look forward to regardless of one's complaints.
