Maybe she's in Sakura Park. I hear the sakura are very sakura-like this time of year.

That, or she's at the Cryptic store.

Long story short, it's Kdolo's way of protesting Champions Online for whatever reason Kdolo chooses today.

Long story, Cryptic ran a contest to name a park in Champions and kinda screwed up their own contest. Many people chose the name "Sakura Park," naming it after the real-world park in New York City. The winner was suppose to have a plaque commemorating their naming decision in the park, and was suppose to receive a beta key.

Well, since so many people chose Sakura Park, they just went with that name and didn't give anyone a key or the plaque. Idiotic? Kinda. Worth crying about X months later? Not really. That's my opinion, of course. Take it or leave it.

But, Kdolo should get his side of the story, which can be found at: http://forums.champions-online.com/showthread.php?t=19751 . In his defense, he does outline a nice compromise and he presents a very solid argument that even I can back up and appreciate.

He still drives me absolutely nuts with this though. Just saying.

I like to point people to this post I made. If memory serves, I posted this three days before the results of the contest:

I just like to point to this whole thing as the first indicator of a long line of sleaze.

I think it is a bit overreacting.
